Día de los Muertos Ofrenda 2026

A BIMA PRISM PROGRAM

The Día de los Muertos festival centerpiece is a traditional ofrenda, a colorful, multi-paneled shrine where visitors can add their own photos honoring friends and loved ones who’ve passed away. This year’s ofrenda is created by artist Araceli Cruz.

The ofrenda is accessible to the public each day during museum hours (10 AM – 5 PM) from November 7-15.

All are welcome to participate!

BIMA’s PRISM programming is where art comes alive, off the walls and onto the stage. From films and concerts to artist talks and community celebrations, PRISM expands what it means to be an art museum through regular, engaging live events on BIMA’s stage, in its galleries, and outside the museum.
