Artists Panel for Booking: Artists’ Books by Black Artists (October)

A BIMA PRISM PROGRAM

Part of Handwork 2026

Artists’ books hold more than only words or images—they are a medium for storytelling, cultural memory, and creative experimentation.

During this panel, the curator of Booking: Artists’ Books by Black Artists, Colette Gaiter, will host an insightful conversation with four artists from the exhibition. Along with reflections on the power of artists’ books, they will also present their work, shine a light on their ideas, and discuss their creative practices.

An audience Q&A and reception will follow the conversation.
