Teen Art Mondays

Calling all teens passionate about art and eager to learn new creative techniques! On the third Monday of each month, TEEN SPACE at the Kitsap Regional Library’s Bainbridge Island branch offers a hands-on opportunity to explore different art mediums and create original projects under the guidance of a Bainbridge Island Museum of Art educator.

Kick off the season on September 15 by making an air-dry clay sculpture inspired by the work of Dr. James W. Washington Jr., whose art is currently featured in an exhibition at BIMA. This program is open to students in grades 7 through 12 and provides a fun, supportive environment to develop skills, express creativity, and connect with fellow young artists.
