ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Kristin Tollefson is an artist and educator engaged in the relationship between humans and environment. Her technical experience as a metalsmith and textile artist shapes both her choice of materials and her keen attention to detail and craft. Fractal theory, scientific illustration, micrograph photography and constellations inform her aesthetic. Kristin is Education Director at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art.
