Featured Film – Inventing Tomorrow

2018 | 87 minutes

In INVENTING TOMORROW we meet passionate teenage innovators from around the globe who are creating cutting-edge solutions to confront the worlds environmental threats – threats found in their own backyards – while navigating the doubts and insecurities that mark adolescence. The film follows these inspired & inspiring teens as they prepare their projects for the largest convening of high school scientists in the world, the Intel International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF). Director Laura Nix chose her subjects well before the Fair, not knowing which – if any – would receive ISEF recognition.

“By the end, as you dry your eyes, it’s their futures you want them to win – as scientists, optimists and change agents – not just a science fair prize.” – Robert Abele, LA Times
