Meet Me at the Movies Spring 2025

Entertaining, inspiring, and uplifting, Meet Me at the Movies is a FREE, interactive film program that celebrates the wonder of film and its ability to connect us with life’s experiences and imagination.

Designed for people with memory loss and their care partners, this program can be enjoyed by all adults. Theme-based clips from classic and contemporary films are shown, followed by a lively audience conversation facilitated by Lea Lovelace of the Frye Art Museum and BIMA’s Jenna d’Anna.

Our spring Meet Me at the Movies program will feature film clips and inspired conversation on the theme of Animals & Pets, featuring legendary animals like Toto from The Wizard of Oz. We’ll also view and discuss three documentaries, including Kedi, a story about the stray cats of Istanbul; Jeffrey Kimball’s film Birding: The Central Park Effect; and Oceans, an in-depth look at the lives of elusive deepwater creatures.

Presented in partnership with Frye Art Museum and Aging Wisdom. Generously sponsored by Bainbridge Senior Living.
