Comics, manga, graphic novels—combining words and pictures together to tell amazing stories is what it’s all about. In this step-by-step class, young cartoonists will learn the basics of character design, story development, page layout, penciling, editing and inking techniques through fun, challenging explorations designed to inspire creativity and ignite a desire to write and draw stories.

Bainbridge Island Museum of Art and the Bainbridge Island Metro Parks and Recreation District partner with Helpline House to make participation in our summer camps and teen intensives accessible to Island residents with limited resources.
