The evening begins with a welcome from BIMA Board Member Cynthia Hibbard, followed by introductory remarks from BIMA Executive Director Sheila Hughes.

We’ll then present this year’s BRAVA Awards:

The Emerging Artist Award to Yolanda Galery
The Artists’ Books Artist Award to Sarah Bryant
The Native American & First Nations Artist Award to Dan Friday
The Children’s Book Illustrator Award to Nikki McClure

Closing remarks will be shared by Greg Robinson, BIMA Chief Curator.

Refreshments will follow in the Museum’s Lower Galleries.
