Surround yourself in contemporary art while enjoying the Island’s tastiest midday fare. Founded under the guidance of Chef Melinda Lucas (longtime pastry chef for Wolfgang Puck’s Spago & Eureka), BIMA Bistro is a favorite breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot for Islanders and visitors looking for an artfully created, seasonally inspired and locally sourced meal.
In addition to daily breakfast and lunch service, BIMA Bistro is open Tuesday nights in conjunction with BIMA’s smARTfilm series and for other special food-related events.
Bistro Grain Bowl
Chickpeas and quinoa with roasted Delicata squash, Brussels sprouts, carrots.
Turkey Poblano Sandwich
Roasted turkey and roasted Poblano peppers with Coastal cheddar on a toasted potato roll. Served with a side of organic greens.
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Slow roasted pork with Baharat spices and citrus slaw on a potato roll. Served with a side of organic greens.

Roasted Beet Salad
Roasted beets and arugula with Bleu cheese, toasted pecans, and pickled onions.
Mixed organic greens with radish, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano and champagne vinaigrette.
Toasted Cheese & Tomato Soup
Open-faced toasted cheese with Mornay, Comté, and Coastal cheddar with a cup of tomato soup.
Greek yogurt, bistro granola, fruit and a drizzle of raw unfiltered honey.
