Carol Milne expands upon ancient kiln-cast glass techniques used during the Egyptian and Roman periods. Her intriguing and amusing glass sculptures defy the difficult and meticulous processes required to complete the work. Milne’s ‘knitted’ sculptures go beyond realism and recreation—they also weave personal memories and stories. Also included are cast glass wall panels in garden motifs.
