Honor loved ones who have passed — both human and animal — during this Mexican cultural celebration of life. 

Please bring a photo or momento of a loved one for the altar (4"x4" or smaller).


Sunday, November 1

  • 10:30-11:30am - Festival kick-off, ofrenda (altar of offerings), and public remembrances
  • 12pm-2pm - Face painting, papel picado (cut paper), and tissue paper flower activities in the classroom
  • 11:30am-6pm - Hosted ofrenda: public contributions to the altar
  • Mexican hot chocolate, pan de muerto, and authentic tamales in the Bistro while supplies last

Saturday, November 7

  • 11am-2pm - Art in Action: Dia de los Muertos-themed monoprint activity with Xio Lugo

All Week: November 1–8, 10am–6pm 

  • Self-guided ofrenda/public contributions to the altar
