DDLM Skulls

 

A Mexican cultural tradition honoring and welcoming home the spirits of deceased loved ones.

Please bring a photo of a loved one for the altar (4"x4" or smaller).

 

Community Celebration:

Saturday, October 27

  • Opening presentation, public remembrances, and offerings.
  • Face painting, papel picado (cut paper), and tissue paper flower activities in the classroom. Sample Mexican hot chocolate and pan de muerto. Themed lunch menu available for purchase in the Bistro while supplies last.
  • All day hosted ofrenda: public contributions to the altar.

 October 28 - November 4

  • 10am-6pm - Ofrenda/altar open to the public.
