4 Talks - 15 Minutes Each
Each Followed by Conversation

CHiP* is a community talk series, to model and foster open, public conversation about the common thoughts, feelings and emotional health issues we all share. To destroy the senseless stigma which labels and isolates us, to engage in our biological need for regular face-to-face connection, and to extol our natural gifts. To accept and learn to love ourselves with self-compassion, and cultivate empathy for others.

Our Talks are a quarterly event where our community shares their beliefs and stories of adversity, triumph, epiphany and reconciliation. We explore the big questions of our human experience: Why are we here? What is our purpose?

We believe wholeheartedly that by exploring, accepting, and loving ourselves, we open the door to loving and understanding others.
